AS INTRODUCED IN LOK SABHA- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Amendment) Act, 2017. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2015.

The limits for investment by FPIs in Central Government Securities and State Development Loans (SDLs) for the quarter April-June 2017 are proposed to be increased by Rs. 110 billion and Rs. 60 billion respectively.
A proposal for making Rules under RTI i.e. RTI Rules, 2017 in supersession of RTI Rules, 2012-by the Central Government under section 27 of the RTI Act, 2005, is under consideration of the Department of Personnel & Training.
Seeks to amend Notification No. 69/2011-Customs, dated 29th July, 2011 so as to provide deeper tariff concessions in respect of specified goods imported under the India-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IJCEPA), w.e.f. 1st of April, 2017.

Option form for taxation of income from patent under section 115BBF.- (1) For the purposes of exercising the option for taxation of income by way of royalty in respect of a patent developed and registered in India, by an eligible assesse under section 115BBF, the eligible assessee shall furnish Form No. 3CFA duly verified in the manner indicated therein, and the same shall be furnished by the eligible assessee in the following manner, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Service Tax ( Advance Rulings) Amendment Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2017.
