After almost two months of turmoil, oil prices recorded a sharp reversal in the last three trading sessions. As Russia and Saudi Arabia deliberated on an increase in oil output of 1mn/bpd to offset the supply reductions from Iran and Venezuela, Brent crude fell to $75.34/bbl., down almost 6% from the peak of $80/bbl. reached earlier in May.
USD is trading at another high.. and we are saying this almost everyday for last few days… After trading steadily at around Rs 63- Rs. 65 till March 2018, USD is appreciating and INR is depreciating for various reasons almost everyday. Recently, The Governor of Uttar Pradesh promulgated `Uttar Pradesh Self-Financed schools (fee fixation) Ordinance 2018. The government had to bring the ordinance as the state Legislature was not in session. Under the Ordinance, a fee regulatory committee will be formed in every division with special powers to resolve cases relating to fee hike.
The definition of Contract is given under S.2 (h) of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 which provides ‘a contract is an agreement enforceable by law’. Whereas an agreement has been defined under S. 2 (e) as follows: every promise and every set of promises, forming consideration for each other. When a proposal is accepted it becomes a promise. Thus an agreement is an accepted proposal.
