In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 20l3 (18 of 20l3), the Central Government hereby appoints the 01st day of June, 2016 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :—

Central Government hereby constitutes the National Company Law Tribunal to exercise and discharge the powers and functions as are, or may be, conferred on it by or under the said Act with effect from the 1st day of June, 2016.

It has been decided to extend the period for which the one time waiver of additional fees is applicable to all eforms which are due for filing by companies between 25.03.2016 to 30.06.2016 as well as extend the last date for filing such documents and availing the benefit of waiver to 10.07.2016
In view of above, it is clear that HUF cannot be a partner but its Karta or any individual of HUF can be a partner in a partnership firm in its individual capacity and not the HUF.
The Board of a company may decide to undertake its CSR activities approved by the CSR Committee, through (a) a company established under section 8 of the Act or a registered trust or a registered society, established by the company, either singly or alongwith any other company, or (b) a company established under section 8 of the Act or a registered trust or a registered society, established by the Central Government or State Government or any entity established under an Act of Parliament or a State legislature :
