In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (A) and clause (B) of section 135 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of June, 2007, as the date on which the provisions of the said clauses of section 135 of the Finance Act, 2007 (22 of 2007) shall come into force.
