ORDER No. 02/104 of 2019

The transfers and postings of the following Income Tax Officers, presently posted on in-situ basis, are hereby ordered with immediate effect and until further orders.

2. The officers mentioned at serial no. 11, 15, 17 & 19 who are retained at the present station on various grounds as per the transfer and posting guidelines, their cases shall be reviewed in AGT 2020.

3. The respective CCIT/DGIT / Pr.CIT / Pr.DIT/CIT/DIT shall issue the posting orders of the Officers posted to their charge without disturbing the station of posting. It may be ensured that there will be rotation of postings from assessment to non-assessment and vice versa as per the transfer guidelines.

4. The Officers shall join their new place of posting on or before 07/06/2019. A compliance report in this regard shall be sent by the respective controlling authorities by 10/06/2019. The Officers shall be deemed to have been relieved by 14/06/2019. No leave should be granted to Officers who are under order of transfer. Such Officers are to be granted leave only by the controlling authorities of the station/posting to which the Officers have been transferred.

5. In case of transfer on request, transfer allowance and joining period will be admissible to those Officers who have completed tenure of 2 years from the date of order of posting them to that station, provided the Officer has completed active duty of minimum period of 01 year and 09 months at that station.
