It is hereby notified for general information that the approval given under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to Belle Vue Clinic, Calcutta, by notification No. 22 (F. No. 10/12/66-ITA. I) dated the 31st March, 1967, is withdrawn with effect from 1st April, 1976, on the recommendation of the prescribed authority, the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi
