Vide a order dated 16.10.2020 Maharashtra govt has allowed women to travel in local trains from 11am to 3pm and then from 7pm till the last service for the day from 17.10.2020. QR codes wilt not be required for ladles travelling during the said time period. Only a Valid Ticket will be required.

Sub Regarding opening of local train services for ladles.
With regard to the a hove mentioned subject. it is requested that local train services may hr made available to all ladies from 11 AM to 3 PM and again from 7PM onwards till end of local services for the day, with effect from 17th October, 2020 In Mumbai and MMR region During the said period entry may be allowed to all ladies having valid tickets and to all emergency staff as well. QR codes wilt not be required for ladles travelling during the said time period.
The local train services to all the personnel of all sectors that have been notified as emergency services till date shall continue as are being provided currently i.e for the entire day. You are requested to also Increase the frequency of local trains as per the Increased demand.
