DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THE CIRCULAR. WHETHER IT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FORESTS AND GETTING UNDUE PUBLICITY OR IT IS A SERIOUS ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE PENDING MATTERS BEFORE THE INCOME TAX AUTHORITIES WHO ARE INSOUND SLEEP AND DO NOT CARE TO RESOLVE THE LONG PENDING ISSUES OF THE PUBLIC. THE INCOME TAX AUTHORITIES WHO ARE IN SOUND SLEEP WAKE UP OCCASIONALLY ON HEARING THE SWEET SOUND OF COINS.
