Bombay HC Declines to Quash ACB Summons as Matter was at Enquiry Stage

The petition was considered by the Bombay High Court. The petitioner drew attention to summons dated 16 September 2025 issued by the Anti Corruption Bureau in connection with a complaint dated 22 August 2018 made by the petitioner himself.
