  1. It is very good. Some clarifications need in the table at Ser. No. 13 Mutual Fund Units payment exceeding Rs 50,000. for purchase. This limit is whether for one time or for one year or for one AMC needs doubt clearance. KR Raja Reddy, Tirupati.

    One point needs to be clear that as now purchase or sales of any type of goods or services is covered, i think in each bill/invoice exceeding to Rs. 2 Lakh should have the PAN No. of both the Buyer & Seller and of Service Provider & Service Receiver. In case of no PAN, FORM No. 60 have to be duly filled otherwise as a consequence penalty can be levy u/s 272B(2) on non compliance of sec. 139A(5)(c).

  3. Why all investment eligible for tax benefits are not linked with PAN No. so that while filing ITR online it will be easy to trace the way similar to tax credit indicated in form 26AS. There would not be any wrong or double deduction in this regard.
