The Chief Commissioner, CGST & Central Excise, Chandigarh Zone during meeting held on 28.08.2019 has issued directions that all action prescribed in the SOP for verification of IGST refund claims & other related aspects (in regard to Risky Exporters) dated 17.06.2019 shall be completed by 18.09.2019.
2. In pursuance to these directions , the below mentioned special teams have been formulated to complete this action by 18.09,2019:-

3. Rajan Lachala, Joint Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Ludhiana shall be Nodal Officer who shall distribute the Risky Exporters between the aforesaid five teams for completion of action as detailed supra.
4. The team leaders (DC/AC concerned) 1-3 shall submit the weekly update on the progress to Sh. Rajan Lachala, Joint Commissioner (Tech), CGST Commissionerate, Ludhiana (liqrs) & team leaders(DC/AC concerned) 4-5 shall submit the weekly update on the progress to Sh. P. S. Gill Joint Commissioner (P & V), CGST Commissionerate, Ludhiana (liqrs).
5. All the requisite actions as prescribed in the SOP issued in regard to Risky Exporter has to he completed by 18.09.2019.
This issues with the approval of Principal Commissioner.
