    Dear Sir

Please tell me that, We are a dealer in the delhi. we sale material and service under work contract in U.T. Chandigarh. The Purchasing party deducts our WCT @ 6% of us and deposit the Government of U.T. Chandigarh, and issue a WCT Certificate to us. Can we take the credit of this WCT while depositing the Tax ? or are we exempted from depositing the CST of this sale ?

    Please solve this query.

    Thanks & Regards

    Dear Sir,

We have a project in Delhi, & we are taking the registration in Delhi under revised scheme B of works contract i.e. 6%. Now my query is whether we can place order on composite basis to a sub-Contractor located in Rajesthan & is not having the registration in Delhi, and if yes whether would i require to deduct WCT TDS from such sub contractor because as a main contractor, We would be paying the 6% tax on the full value of contract.

  7. Inder Kumar Kamra says:

Is there option to pay composition on contract to contract basis or applicable for all nature of works contract during the financial year ?
