NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.

No. VAT/AMD.2015/1A/15/ADM-8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 55 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Commissioner of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State hereby amends the Notification No. VAT/AMD-2015/1A/15/ADM-8, dated 9th May 2016 as follows :—

In the Table against Sr. No.1 for the portion in column (2) and column (3) the following shall be substituted, namely :—

Addl. Commissioner of Sales Tax ”.
