In re Padmavathi Hospitality and Facilities Management Service (GST AAR Tamilnadu) Whether services provided by Padmavathi Hospitality & Facilities Management Services (PHFMS) to DME are classifiable as a function entrusted to a Panchayat or a Municipality under the constitution?
