Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), the flagship entity of the Adani Group, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The company has reported a significant growth trajectory, with its half-yearly EBITDA reaching an unprecedented Rs. 11,958 crore, marking a 56% increase year-on-year. This growth is attributed to the maturity of investments across various sectors, including energy, airports, and data centres, which have started yielding substantial returns.
For the first half of the financial year 2027, Adani Enterprises recorded a revenue surge of 62% to Rs. 71,569 crore. The company’s profit before tax (PBT) also saw a notable rise of 45% to Rs. 3,297 crore, driven by increased capacity and operational efficiency in its copper business, which alone contributed an EBITDA of Rs. 2,033 crore. The company’s financial robustness was further underscored by a credit rating upgrade to AA / Stable from CARE, the highest in its credit history.
In the second quarter of FY27, the company reported a 74% increase in revenue, amounting to Rs. 38,023 crore, while its EBITDA rose by 62% to Rs. 6,316 crore. The PBT for the quarter saw a remarkable 146% increase, reaching Rs. 2,002 crore. The growth was bolstered by the completion of the ANIL solar module capacity expansion to 10 GW and a significant new order for a 240 MW hyperscale data centre in Navi Mumbai.
Chairman Gautam Adani highlighted the company’s strategic focus on large-scale execution across its diversified business portfolio. He emphasised the trust and confidence that both domestic and global investors have in the company’s ability to navigate market volatilities and capture emerging opportunities. As India continues to experience economic tailwinds, Adani Enterprises is poised to leverage these conditions to further its growth narrative.
Market analysts view Adani Enterprises’ performance as a testament to its strategic investments and operational excellence. The company’s ability to scale its operations and achieve significant financial growth amidst global economic challenges is seen as a positive indicator of its future potential. The ongoing expansion in new energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors positions Adani Enterprises as a key player in India’s economic landscape.
