Notification under Section 32A

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 32A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby establishes the three additional Benches of the Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission each at Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta. The Principal Bench of the said Settlement Commission shall sit at Delhi.
