In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):
2. The following shall be added at the end of Paragraph 5.7.2:-
Export to SEZ Units/ Supplies to Developers/Co-developers, irrespective of currency of realization, would also be counted for discharge of Export Obligation.
This issues in public interest.
