NEW DELHI: the 27^th August, 2009

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice and the Appendices to the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1). This shall come into force from 27^th August, 2009.

This issues in public interest.
