NOTIFICATION NO. 22 (RE-2007)/2004-2009

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in FTP, 2004-2009 (RE 2006) and FTP (RE2007).

1. Para 3.9.6 and Para 3.10.6 of FTP (RE2006) inserted vide Notification No.9 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 13.6.2006 and Notification No.41 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 17.1.2007 is deleted. This deletion is w.e.f. 13.6.2006 & 17.1.2007 respectively.

2. Modification done in FTP (RE 2007) vide Notification No. 6 (RE 2007)/2004-2009 dated 23.5.2007 shall apply for exports w.e.f. 1.4.2007.

3. Consequently exports from non-EDI ports would be entitled for benefits under Focus Market Scheme and Focus Product Scheme for exports w.e.f. 1.4.2006.

4. The words ’10 Crores’ is replaced by ’15 Crores’ in para 3.2.1 of Foregin Trade Policy (RE-2007) issued on 19.4.2007.
