NOTIFICATION No. 41 (RE-2006)/2004-2009

S.O.(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (Updated as on 07.04.2006):

After the Para10.5, the following para shall be inserted:

“EDI Shipments 3.10.6 The entitlement under the scheme shall be granted to all shipments that are exported through Customs EDI enabled ports.”

This issues in Public interest.
