NOTIFICATION NO. 11 (RE-2008)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, THE 15th MAY, 2008

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments to Notification No.85 (RE 2007)/2004-09, dated the 17th March, 2008, as amended, vide Notification No.92 (RE-2007)/2004-2009 dated 1st April, 2008 read with Notification No.3 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11th April, 2008.

2. Prohibition imposed by this Notification shall not apply to export of 1,750 MTs of edible oil to Bhutan.

3. This issues in Public Interest.
