NOTIFICATION NO. 10 (RE-2008)/2004-2009

NEW DELHI, THE 15th MAY, 2008

Subject : Exemption in Prohibition on export of Pulses – regarding.

S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments to Notification No.15 (RE-2006)/2004-2009, dated 27.6.2006, read with Notification No. 91, dated 1st April, 2008, as amended from time to time:

2. Prohibition imposed vide Para 3 (i) of this Notification shall not apply to export of 1000 MTs of pulses to Bhutan.

3. This issues in Public Interest.
