The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, issued Notification No. 21/2026-27-DGFT dated 29 June 2026, amending Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19 March 2026 relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM). Exercising powers under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government has extended the eligibility period under Component II of the RELIEF intervention. As a result, shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under Component II will now remain eligible up to 30 September 2026, replacing the earlier timeline. The notification states that the extension is intended to enhance utilisation of the scheme, facilitate trade resilience, support Indian exporters, and mitigate logistics challenges arising from the continuing West Asia Crisis. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26, as amended from time to time, remain unchanged.

Subject: Amendment to Notification No. 65/2025-26 for extension of timelines under Component II of Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) Intervention – reg.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paras 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).

2. In Para 7.2 of Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26 of the eligibility and validity criteria under Component II, the eligibility period shall stand extended upto 30th September 2026 for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention, to enhance utilization and facilitate trade resilience.

3. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 (as amended from time to time) shall remain unchanged.

Effect of this Notification: The eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM RELIEF intervention are extended up to 30th September 2026 to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
