Summary: The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has issued Notification No. 37/2026-27 dated 30 September 2026 to further extend the eligibility timeline under Component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM). The notification amends Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19 March 2026 and Notification No. 21/2026-27 dated 29 June 2026. Under the amendment, the eligibility and validity period specified in Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26 for Component II has been extended up to 31 March 2027 for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention. The stated purpose is to enhance utilisation and facilitate trade resilience. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26, as amended from time to time, remain unchanged. According to the stated effect of Notification No. 37/2026-27, the extended timeline is intended to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising from the continuing West Asia Crisis. The notification has been issued in exercise of powers under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. Subject: Amendment to Notification No. 65/2025-26 and 21/2026-27 for extension of timelines under Component II of Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) Intervention – reg.
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paras 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 and 21/2026-27 dated 29.06.2026 relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
2. The Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26 relating to eligibility and validity criteria under component II shall stand extended up to 31st March 2027 for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention, to enhance utilization and to facilitate trade resilience.
3. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 (as amended from time to time) shall remain unchanged.
Effect of this Notification: The eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM RELIEF intervention are extended up to 31st March 2027 to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
