New Delhi, the 16^th November, 2012.

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as a common adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –

(i) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad; and

(ii) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo – Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., Near Gujarat High Court, S.G. Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad issued vide F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-68/Lambda/2009 dated the 30^th May, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
