 Notification No.  169/2009-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the  10  November, 2009.

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Sea-Port Import, Nhava Sheva to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Sea-Port Import, Chennai;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs, Sea-Port Import, Custom House, Mumbai, and

(iii) the Assistant Commissioner of Cusotms, Group 5-A, Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s. AGS Infotech Private Limited, 601/602, Trade World, B-Wing, Kamala Mills Compound, S.G.Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 and others issued vide, F.No. VIII/48/20/2008-DRI/CZU, dated the 25th June, 2009, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Chennai.
