Notification No. 64/2015-Customs (N.T.)

[S.O. 1768 (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 -Customs (N.T), dated the 21st November, 1994, vide S.O. 829 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE,-

against serial number 5 relating to State of Gujarat, in item (16) occurring in column(3) relating to Muldwarka Port, for the entry at item (a) (i) in column (4), the entry ” (i) imported coal, petroleum coke, furnace oil, gypsum, limestone and fly ash ” shall be substituted.
