Notification No. 62/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, 8th August, 2014

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad;

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Chennai Sea Port, Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai, Chennai-600001;

(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo, Sahar, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s ICOMM Tele Ltd., ICOMM House, Plot No. 31, Phase-I, Kamalapuri Colony, Srinagar Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500073 issued vide F.No.V III/26/23/2011-(DEPB)-DRI-HRU dated the 06th February, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hyderabad Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
