Appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra; and
(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s A.S. Enterprises, GH-9/638, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087, issued vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/INT-41/2008-AS Enterprise/457 to 459 dated the 30th April, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
