Notification No. 43/2003-Customs(N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15^th day of August, 2003, as the date on which Chapter XA as proposed by the said section 126 shall be inserted in the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
