Notification No. 4 /2005-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), New Customs House, Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi,  to act as, –

(i) Commissioner of Customs, (Port), Chennai;

(ii) Commissioner of Customs, Kandla; and

(iii) Commissioner of Central Excise, Faridabad,

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to  M/s. Teck Industrial Corporation, 541, 1^st Floor, Double Storey, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi and Others issued, vide, F.No.DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3685-3706, dated  the 9^th September, 2004,  by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,  Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6^th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O. Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
