New Delhi, the 15 November, 2019

G.S.R. 853(E). – In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby directs that the Commissioner of Customs (Audit), Delhi shall also exercise the powers of Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Delhi in respect of the cases relating to appeals, as may be assigned by an order of the Principal Chief Commissioner or the Chief Commissioner of Customs,_, Delhi, filed on or before 30^th September, 2019 with the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Delhi.
