Sub—Declaration of Green Channel Berth of Visakhapatnam Port Trust as Customs Area—regarding.
S.O. 1021(E).—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I, Dr. D. K. Srinivas , Principal Commissioner of Customs Visakhapatnam, upon the request of M/s. Visakhapatnam Port Trust Visakhapatnam vide their letter No. dated 17.01.2019, hereby declares the Customs Area of 1933.25 Sq. Meters, as per enclosed drawing, to be proper place for loading of “export goods” except containerized cargo.

1. Length 150 Mts (+35 Mts slope protection)
2. Width 10.45 Mts
3. Depth 9 Mts
The boundaries and limits of the Customs Area are given in the schedule below-
