Notification No. 17/2011-Customs,

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with section 91 and 94 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2004 (23 of 2004), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 69/2004-Customs, dated the 9th July, 2004 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 411 (E), dated the 9th July, 2004, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 1, in column (2), the figures “8802 20 00, 8802 30 00, 8802 40 00” shall be omitted.

Note.- The principal notification No. 69/2004-Customs, dated the 9th July, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 411 (E), dated the 9th July, 2004 and was last amended by notification No. 138/2009-Customs, dated the 11th December, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 888 (E) dated the 11th December, 2009.
