In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 118/2009 – Customs (N.T.), dated the 6^th August, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 2029 (E), dated the 6^th August, 2009, for the words and figures “F.No. DRI/MZU/NS/INV-20/08-09 dated 26^th February, 2009” read the words and figures “F.No. DRI/MZU/NS/INV-20/08-09 dated 2^nd February, 2009 and corrigendum F.No. DRI/MZU/NS/INV-20/08-09 dated 26^th February, 2009”.
