Update on 10.12.2020– CBIC has not issued any such Circular or if issued the Circular is not been hosted on Official website of CBIC. We also searched on Internet to find Circular No. 6/95-Cus. but we failed to find any such Circular, so it seems that official issuing Circular forget to use this circular number while issuing Circular and directly issued Circular number 7/95-Customs.
