Notification No. 71/2003-Customs(N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.8/2001-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 26^th February, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 26^th February, 2001, namely:-

in the said notification, for the words “Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Unit, New Custom House, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi”, the words and brackets “Commissioner of Customs (Exports), New Custom House, New Delhi” shall be substituted.
