Notification No. 111/2004 -Customs ( N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/99-Customs (NT) dated the 5th February, 1999, issued vide G.S.R. No. 67(E), namely : –
In the Annexure to the said notification, after S. No. 15 thereto, the following S.Nos ., and the entries shall be inserted, namely : –
