Notification No. 48/2004-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 157, read with sub-section (2) of section 76C of the Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003, namely:-
| 1. | (1) | These regulations may be called the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004. |
| (2) | They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. | |
| 2. | In the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003, in regulation 1, in sub-regulation, | |
| (3) | for the figures, letters and words “1st day of April , 2004″, the figures, letters and words ” 1st day of May,2004 ” shall be substituted. |
