Sir,
As you may be aware that facility for online submission of IW-1 return by employers has started from 1st November 2018.
It is observed that such returns are not being submitted online by concerned employers of establishments employing “International Workers”.
You are hereby requested to conduct a special drive and awareness programme to induce establishments covered under your jurisdiction to submit monthly IW1 return online through the International Workers portal on the EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in.
Action taken Report (ATR) in this regard should reach us within 15 days of issues of this circular.

Even though we don’t employ any international workers, whether we need file the NIL return.
