ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th May, 2021
S.O. 2030(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of opinion that is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment in the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order ,2020 (S.O. 1983 (E) dated 16.06.2020) published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Morpholine (Quality Control)(Amendment) Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of February, 2022.”
