MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th May, 2022
G.S.R. 389(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their Publication in Official Gazette.
In the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016, after clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 5, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
“(a i) Minister of State in the Ministry of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises-Vice Chairperson ex officio”.
