NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th October, 2017
S.O. 3297(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide number S.O. 1693 (E) dated the 3rd October, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 3rd day of October, 2007, namely:—
2. In the said notification, for serial number (3) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
“(3) Ms. Reena Saha, Member”

3. This notification shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
