Administrator appointed under Fugitive Economic Offenders Ordinance, 2018

Central Government appoints under Fugitive Economic Offenders Ordinance, 2018 the Special Directors of Enforcement of the Regional Offices of the Directorate of Enforcement to perform the functions of an Administrator.

New Delhi, the 24th April, 2018

S.O. 1730(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Fugitive Economic Offenders Ordinance, 2018 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the Special Directors of Enforcement of the Regional Offices of the Directorate of Enforcement to perform the functions of an Administrator.
