Central Government hereby appoints 15th August, 2018 as date from which provisions of Section 15,16,75 & 76 of Companies Amendment (Act) 2017 shall come into force.

S.O. 3300(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th August, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-
