i. No such approval/administrative support was taken from Ministry of Law & Justice before issuance of vacancy advertisement No. A-12023/3/2(19-Ad.IV dated 26.08.2019
ii. The matter of administrative support to all the Tribunals from Ministry of Law is being handled by Ministry of Law. Hence a copy of the application is being forwarded to Ministry of Law for providing the information available with them directly to you.
2. If you are not satisfied with the above information, an appeal may be referred to the First Appellate Authority within 30 days of the receipt of this letter at the following address:
