Subject: Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of in filing of forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) and AOC-4 (Financial Statement) under the Companies Act, 2013– – reg.
Sir,
Keeping in view the requests received from various stakeholders seeking extension of time for filing of financial statements for the financial year ended 31.03.2018 on account of various factors , it has been decided to relax the additional fees payable by companies on e-forms AOC-4, AOC (CFS) A0C-4 XBRL and e- Form MGT-7 upto 31.12.2018, wherever additional fee is applicable.
2. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.

I have charged a penalty for 67 days for the AOC-4 i filed today. (Actual 3 Days delay from 31.12.18). Is this correct.
WILL IT BE APPLICABLE FOR OPC ALSO?
Is this really true, I paid Rs 100 penalty for uploading Form AOC-4 half an hour ago which MCA treated it as one day delay.

Nothing is appearing at mca portal, is this correct one?
