G.S.R. 925(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 247 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Third Amendment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “the said rules”), in rule 11, for the figures, letters and word “30th September, 2018” occurring at both the places, the figures, letters and word “31st January, 2019” shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, in rule 14, in clause (f), for the words “one year”, the words “two years” shall be substituted.

Note : The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 1316(E), dated the 18th October, 2017 and subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 155 (E), dated the 9th February, 2018 and number G.S.R. 559 (E), dated the 13th June, 2018.
