Amendment regarding Nidhis Notifications dated 26/07/2001

G.S.R. 408(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 637A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) No. G.S.R. 555(E) dated 26-7-2001 and published in the Gazette of India, in Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) dated 26-7-2001, namely: –

In the said Notification, in clause (1), in sub-clause (i), in item (B), sub-item (ii) shall be omitted.
