Rishi Kapoor (Membership No 511912), House No. WE-55, Rama Park Road, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, NEW DELHI 110 059, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Clause (4) of Part II of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently ordered for removal of name of CA. Rishi Kapoor (Membership No 511912) from the Register of Members for a period of 05(Five) years and also imposed a fine of Rs. 3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs only) to be paid within 30 days of receipt of the order. In pursuance of the afore said Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA. Rishi Kapoor (Membership No 511912) shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 05(five) years with effect from 4th August, 2022.
